It is located about half way down the block on the drivers side closer to the back.
There are two sensors one for the gauge and one for the engine. One (temp. Sensor) is located on the front top of engine by the goose neck for the upper radiator hose. the other (Temp. Sensor Switch) is on drivers side engine block.
