On a Citroën Relay van, the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve pipes are typically located near the engine, connected to the intake manifold and the exhaust system. The EGR valve itself is usually mounted on or near the intake manifold. To access the pipes, you may need to remove some engine covers or components, depending on the specific engine model and configuration. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for precise locations and instructions.

If you're talking about some electrical relay, there is none pertaining to the air brake system itself. If you're talking about the relay valve for the drive axle brakes, follow the air lines from the service side of the brake chambers up to a valve they both connect to... that's your relay valve, and you'll also see a transmission line coming from the foot valve.
Turn off the water supply to the shower. Remove the handle and trim plate of the old valve. Use a wrench to disconnect the old valve from the pipes. Install the new valve by connecting it to the pipes. Replace the trim plate and handle. Turn the water supply back on and test the new valve for leaks.
You know it by touching and feeling the pipes on the hot water side; if they are hot, there is water running through the pipes and obviously the heater valve is open on hot side.
