open you driver's side door from the outside. you will see the blunt end of your dashboard. there is a plastic insert/cover that. remove it and you will find fuses along with a tool.
Otherwise. under your hood on the drivers side near the firewall with a plastic cover and a steel handle lock holding the cover secure.
