the fuse should be in the door panel
Behind the driver side kick panel,
Assuming you're referring to a Volvo VNL 780 truck, with the double bunk sleeper, 12'6".
The fuse panel on a 2003 Volvo XC90 is located in two main areas. The first panel is found under the dashboard on the driver's side, near the steering column. The second fuse panel is located in the engine compartment, near the battery. You can access both panels by removing the covers to check or replace fuses.
You'd have to contact Volvo customer service for this. IIRC, there were a couple different options for the 730 and 780.
The fuse panel on a 1990 Volvo 940 is located inside the car, typically on the driver's side. To access it, open the driver's door and look for a small cover on the lower dashboard, near the left side of the steering column. Removing this cover will reveal the fuse panel, which contains the fuses for various electrical components in the vehicle.

Driver side kick panel fuse no. 4 and 6. Relay is behind glove box.
in my 2007 s40 the fuse panel is located above the passenger footwell hidden behind the cloth trim.
Should be in the same place as the 2007 I used to drive... in the centre of the dash. Pull out the cupholders, undo the two screws which are exposed when you do that, and pull that panel up. It'll expose the fuse panel.
