On my 98 RXE diesel its under the carpet on the passenger (left ) floorwell. Lift the plastic plate and you'll see it bottom left. It is coloured white on my car. All the other relays down there are blue!

there is not exactly a flasher relay for this car. technically your hazard switch is the flasher relay. you can get this "hazard switch " for about $30 on gmpartsdirect.com. i had to replace mine last year and i was also under the impression that i needed a flasher relay since the turn signal would just stay on. I had to fudge around with hazard switch push it a few time for the signals to work. that is when i figured it out that hazard switch is the flasher relay. i hope this helps.

look at the relays in the fuse box under the bonnet. I had the same problem on my laguna and that was the problem. same fuse / relay box on the espace ( i have one of as well)
The cooling fan relay switch can be found on the inside front quarter panel. The relay switch will be on the drivers side quarter panel.
It's built into the hazard light switch. The hazard light button will slide out, with the relay (small box) attached.
The windshield wiper relay switch can be found in the engine compartment on the firewall. The relay switch will be next to the windshield wiper motor.
