It's in the neck of the filler.But the mesh sometimes gets clogged, & you can't fill the bottle. prize the filter out with a screwdriver & soak it in washing up liquid, then gently scrape off all the algie & gunge from both sides of the mesh. you must get it all off otherwise it grows back !!!!
