They have two hoses and an electrical conector.

there is not a charcoal canister in alot of the newer vehicles i doubt your vehicle has one my 02 dodge durango sxt 4.7 did not have a canister my brothers 2000 firebird doesn't either The canister on the firebird is located on top of the gas tank. Drop the driveshaft. then the rear axle, then disconnect the fuel filler tube, then drop the tank. The canister will be right in front of the fuel pump on top of the tank.
