Twilight Sentinal is not the problem. Try disconecting the electric eye behind the grill, that controls the Auto-Dimming sys.
If your having problems entering certain secure websites this may come up I had this same problem and it was the time and date had reset itself it is a problem with the software installed by the factory so if you manually change your time and date you should be able to access the website.

Your problem is not a fuse. There is not a fuse that controls that one gage. Check the temperature sending unit. 99% thermostat if you want to get a used sending unit from the wrecker
Manufacturer Contrl Auxiliary Emission Controls. You have a problem with the factory emission controls.
It is possible for hot air to be coming out of the driver's side and cold on the passenger's side if there is a dual temperature control on the heater/AC unit. Try adjusting the temperature controls to see if that fixes the problem.

Had same probllem on High. 2002 "The fan blows cannot control temperature via temperature knob on the dash?" Knob was useless. Turns out that the problem was the A/C/Heating control unit. Replaced under warranty $1000

You cannot manually close a power window. You must repair the problem causing it not to work. Check the fuse, power window switch, and if they are good, you may need a new motor.
