Air conditioning uses a compressor to chill the freon that cools the air. The compressor requires a good bit of power to run- and places an additional load on the engine. This requires the engine to burn more fuel, and your gas mileage decreases. There is no free lunch- the power to run that compressor had to come from somewhere, right?
No... But it increases fuel consumption
(no it uses the energy from the car battery not the energy made by the engine)Yes it does increase consumption because the battery has to be recharged by the power of the engine driving the alternator or the dynamo
The function of an accelerator in a car is to increase the speed of the car. When the accelerator is pressed, the car gains speed because an increased amount of fuel is added to the motor's consumption.

it help the car to modify air flow to increase fuel efficiency and handling (and to make it look cool)
No, of course not. It will really make no difference at all. High flow or performance air filters only make a difference at high RPM's. Under normal driving you will see almost no difference. You might see a very slight increase in MPG but not much.
no because it is to small to make a difference Any extra drag on the car would increase fuel consumption.
no
How would anyone know your car gas consumption? Only you can answer that.
No, there is not. There are lots of devices that claim to reduce fuel consumption but none of them actually work. Not one.
Yes but not by much.
Fuel consumption in a car is based on factors like the shape and weight of the car. Toyota and Honda are both car brands which consume less fuel.
