Why does the back floor behind the drivers seat in a 1998 BMW 318I always gets wet?
In my '85 318i, the doors have a drain in the bottom of them. Mine got bent in a wreak. Hose down your window on that side, then open the door and see if you see the water running or just barely dripping. Could be plugged up. look for damaged seals around doors, if none open trunk look for dirty drain track and bad seals , also look around back window for signs seal there may be leaking. You also need to check the roof drains for the sun roof if you have one. they drain into the drip rails outside the car behind the rear glass and they do get stopped up.
