Bad Ignition Module in Distributor.

I have a 98 mxz 670, and yes at times its hard to start... Prime it 2-3 times pull if it doesnt start give it 2-3 more primes until it starts. If it is very cold out try holding the throttle in halfway and pull start it at the same time as holding the throttle in. If you have the 670 it has very high compression so the pull start will be heavy to pull.
Turn key on, do not start. Push gas pedal all the way down to the floor 3 times being sure to let all the way off each time. Then turn key off and then start engine.
It depends on your carrier. Some start nights at 9 PM, others at 7 PM.
i have a 85 blazer. the in the tank fuel pump replaced by an electrical fuel pump. i avoid this lack of starting issue by turning the ignition key so the fuel pump starts to do its job. after about thirty seconds i give it about seven pumps of the gas pedal. Then she starts beautifully with no effort. i believe the fuel is not adequately doing its job.
its under the driverside door on the frame rail ... use wrenches to remove .... replce with new one .. then turn key on and of a few times to prime lines start it and check it
It doesnt matter how many times
sometimes it does some times it doesnt
I've heard that a bad chassis ground in the anti theft system sometimes caused this
