Check your fuel filter for blockage/fuel flow 1st, then check fuel pump delivery pressure and volume with a pressure gauge( best get an EFI repairer to do this), bad / dirty air filter - check it, or bad / dirty fuel in tank, work from this and re post if no luck - good luck
Im losing engine power in my 2003 CTS?
Tighten it up!
A steam engine on a train typically makes a "chugging" sound as the steam is released in short bursts to power the locomotive forward. This sound is often described as rhythmic and repetitive.
Your engine could be losing power and your check engine light coming on for many reasons. It could be your spark plugs needing to be changed. Your fuel pump or fuel filter could be clogged or starting to wear out, or your engine oil is to low.
I cant put my corsa into gear it is going from side to side and losing power
How many horses, and how much gas mileage...power/effeciency
Is it losing power as you accelerate, or does it do it at idol.
yes you will actually gain power because the engine doesnt loose power spinning the pulley for the a/c compressor so if you are looking for a lil bit more power i would recommend that
No problem
it means there is something wrong with the spark plugs cause they provide the energy for the engine
Coil packs are known to failiure on these that would be my first line of investigation.
Check your engine coolant level at the reservoir ( do not take a radiator cap off until the engine is cool )
