Your Opel Astra 1.6 may be overheating due to several reasons, including low coolant levels, a malfunctioning thermostat, or a failing water pump. A clogged radiator or a broken radiator fan can also impede proper cooling. Additionally, a leak in the cooling system or a blown head gasket might contribute to overheating issues.
