i had same problem its the relay in the fuze box under hood. i got a relay at dealer for 50 dollars.

have the alternator checked sounds like an imtermittent problem that shows the alternator has a bad diode replace it soon or at sometime when driving with lights on,you will be stuck until daylight when you can drive without lights
