Under ordinary circumstances this would seem to be impossible. However, if the person doing the slapping has a cut or open sore on the hand, or if some other bodily fluids are present on the hand, there is a possibility. If the one getting slapped already has open skin at the area of the slap, or if the slap opens the skin, or if the slap goes across the mouth with contact between the hand and the mucous membranes in the mouth, then there is a possibility. This would probably be a VERY DIFFICULT way for this kind of transmission to occur. If all the body parts involved are dry and clean, and there is no open skin/membrane before or after the slap, then there would be no way for the infection to happen. The skin is a wonderful defence against many infections. If you are really anxious about this, check immediately with your doctor.
No you won't get a STD if someone slapped you.
