If you read the books by Max Allan Collins you will find out.
The first book by him is a prequel to the series called "Before Dawn."
Then it goes the TV series.
Then book 2, "The Skin Game" and then book 3, "After the Dark."
They are all good reads and I recommend you read them.
They have the basic powers of a regular angel and can manipulate both light and dark magic. They mostly use dark magic but they are not completely taken over by evil so they can also do light magic. They were the ones who created the vampires and so they have some traits that can be similar to vampires but a lot stronger. They are able to defeat enemies more powerful than themselves if they become a full ethereal angel with control over light and dark to make themselves stronger than an archangel
So dark you would not be able to see
Explain why plants are able to continue the dark reactions when they are not able to use the light reactions?
The theory is that because Angel completed the trials for Darla...and then Darla was not able to be saved...that Angel was still owed a life and that that life was given to him through a newborn child.

He was turned human for a day in season 1 and was able to walk in the sunlight. It was the episode where Buffy guest starred.
We don't yet know enough about dark matter - or even if it really exists - to be able to speculate on what "form", if any, it might take. You have to remember that "dark matter" is entirely theoretical, based on the supposed fact that the Milky Way doesn't have enough mass to keep it together, and that therefore there must be additional matter that we can't see - "dark" matter - to keep it all together. We've never detected any, nor do we know if we CAN detect any.
Dark matter is a mysterious substance that does not interact with regular matter, so it is unlikely you would be able to walk through a wall made of dark matter. Our current understanding of dark matter is that it exists in a halo around galaxies and does not clump together like regular matter to form solid structures like walls.
