  • A very high percentage of affairs are not worth it. Cheating is low; deceitful; immature and the person having the affair has no feelings towards his/her partner as to the damage and hurt they may cause. For some who have affairs they love the excitement of sneaking around (some almost hoping to be caught) while others are fearful; feel guilty and are always looking over their shoulder for fear they will be seen by someone they know or their spouse will catch them. Yet others love 'the chase' of finding someone they are attracted too (in love with love .. not real love) or just plain sex and nothing more and once the they have conquered that person they may stay in the relationship for a few months and move onto someone else. In the end almost all people who have affairs are caught and some spouses forgive, while others will walk out of the relationship and the person who had the affair is left with nothing. If word gets around that an individual is considered a 'cheater' or has too many affairs they risk having a normal relationship because most men and women would not want anything to do with them for fear of being used themselves.
