Depends if they are brothers and sisters yes but if they are a couple it might be kinda awkward so you should also give it to other people around you. It also depends your age. If you are in college go for it but if you are in high, middle, or elementry school dont even bother too much embarrasment. And if you get the right gift like a pair of earrings or a necklace awesome she your lucky lady. If she is a tom boy get her like a iPod cover and don't get too expensive or she will think you like her to much that if it doesn't want to hurt you too bad. and she ll also think u r obsessed good luck
