It will depend on whether you share a common ancestor. Your aunt's niece could be your sister or a first cousin. There is also a chance that there is no relationship at all. Do you share a grandparent? If the answer is yes, you are related. If no, you are not related.

If your uncle is the husband of a sister of one of your parents, his niece (daughter of one of his siblings) is not related to you.

∙ 11y agoWell you are realated disantly by marriage but its not always 100% accurate.
As Cousin nomral means you share grandparent or greatgrandparent etc.
But however this days it all goes by how family circle is and most times both sides of family do consider once two familys merge by marriage then you realated by marriage if not by blood.
So there for you may say they are cousin in law as you are connected into same into same family circle and you share same Uncle and Aunt and Cousins

So, if you are a boy, you are your aunt's nephew. If you are a girl and you have a brother, your aunt's nephew is your brother. Whether you are a girl or a boy, if your aunt has brothers or sisters who are not your parents, and any of them have a son, that son is your aunt's nephew and your first cousin.
That said, you may also not be related to your aunt's nephew. If your aunt is married and her husband has a brother or sister who has a son, that boy is also your aunt's nephew, but you are not related to him.
