Can a 12 year old still learn to do the splits even though you don't know how to?

Yeah , of course you can!

Im 12 and I learned to do the splits earlier this year

I kept on stretching for a few weeks, everyday.

Try not to stretch to the point where it hurts you,

but where its most comfortable for you.

Then you try to go down to your splits.

Try doing that everyday, after your stretching.

Try not to get discouraged if you don't get it the first day

because it took me a few weeks.

*And remember to always eat your

breakfast before you start anything*
