Yes, it's possible. It's all in their mind when they don't know it. Usually, the man suppresses his feelings for the woman so much that he doesn't know he's in love with her, but physically he is, his mind is just holding it back.

Yes, there are all kinds of love. Even if the sexual attraction was there in the beginning, that initial lust (not to be confused with love) will wax and wane. A lot of marriages don't survive this transition. Love is so personal, I don't think there is one pat answer but I do know that you can be deeply in love with a person without the sexual attraction. Love and sexual attraction are two totally different things. You can love the way a person makes you feel about yourself, you can love their intelligent interesting mind, you can love who you are when you're with them, you can love the security this relationship brings to your life without ever having a sexual attraction to them. What I've found however, is that sexual attraction usually does follow when the love I mentioned above is present. It's a natural procession of feelings towarads the person.
