It may appear to be "clear", but it isn't. Sperm cannot be seen with the naked eyes due to its microscopic size. Unless you have x-ray vision or 500 power retinas, one needs to assume that there are active sperm in the mans semen.

No because the molecular structures of the penis produce clear sperm for sanitary reasons to get rid of the bacteria in the private area.Or if you prefer it would also be called shootin blanks;)
