I do not think this is possible in practice, which is a pity. Many have tried to declare themselves 'Citizens of the World', with some success. Some even go so far as to produce 'passports' and use them in 'tolerant' places.

I think you need to do lots of online searches, and ask the UN to clarify this one ;}

According to the UN 'Declaration of Human Rights' { signed up to by just about every Government, but frequently ignored in practice by many } we ARE all 'Earth Citizens' with numerous human rights, and one of them is the universal freedom to travel.
