Unless your husband and/or you have been ordered by the courts to not contact them, or to not contact them without the mother's permission, yes, you can contact your stepchildren. It's actually quite common for a stepmother to contact her stepchildren, especially if they have a good relationship.
The wife can just as easily as many husbands do. If it happens though, a spouse should seek legal advice about how to protect the finances and the children from a missing parent/spouse.

Nothing. In Kentucky the primary custodian can move the children without the other parent's permission. (at least that was the law in 2000 when I moved out of Kentucky with my kids). My attorney actually told me to because I had been in an abusive marriage and that was the only way for me to really be safe.

Not much experience is required to apply for a custodian job. Mainly some prior cleaning experience would be a plus but not required. Any type of previous maid or custodian work would be a great bonus.

Well, they might, but in my opinion they shouldn't get them in to trouble as long as the kids had never come in contact with it, but if they are outside a safe range were they can't inhale it, then it's, technically, not parent abuse.
