Although many people have tried to trace family connections to people mentioned in The Bible, no one has ever established a valid, documentary trail from a person living in modern times to someone living in Biblical times. There is always a big assumption, or a broad connection through groups the size of tribes, required to bridge large spans of time.
Because documentation was less rigorous a thousand years ago, let alone 2-3 thousand years ago, than it is today, documenting such a connection is most unlikely.

If you are Jewish, you may be able to trace your family tree back far enough to connect with one of the numerous genealogies provided throughout the Old and New Testaments of the Bible -- if you are not Jewish, then this will prove more challenging, as you will have to independently trace your family back pre-Abraham to find a match on any of the Biblical genealogies to trace your family back to Adam (unless you happen to be a descendant of Ishmael) -- although there are also many independent genealogies leading back to Adam outside of the Bible.
Yes, no one could ever disappear without a trace.
