It depends on your belief system. There isn't a law prohibiting more than one godmother, however, within the Catholic Church, a child can only have two godparents and there can only be one of each gender.

I dont see why not. Since a God Parent is some one hand picked, and is nothing predestined, i think you can have many. A God Parent is a person who is supposed to help a child through and with religion; therefore, as far as i am concerned, the more the merrier.
