I've been working for nearly 30 years and in less than ten years I hope to be retired, glad that I had taken the jobs that I had during those years. I am about two years from retiring but what an experience it's been.

The employer is wanting to know if you are expecting to stay with them or not. Many employers do not like to other people that hop from job to job all of the time.

To describe ones future self they must look with in. What career path are they on, are they in any serious relationships, or if they have kids it leads to the future.
