When a man is insecure, believes in cultural or religious dogma or has an authoritarian personality they hold a belief that women are inferior to men. Unfortunately, this could and often does lead to resentment of women in power in the work place.
Authoritarian Personality:
This is a serious personality disorder stemming from cultural indoctrination which causes the insecure male to seek positions of power such as law enforcement (Correctional Officers, Police, etc.), the justice system, or as religious leaders or followers. They worship and are obedient to those males over them while achieving ego strokes by treating rudely and disdaining those they consider inferior to them such as women, etc.
Religious Dogma being Refuted:
Divinely preserved ancient records are coming forth that refute the dogma in religion that God viewed women as inferior to men. This exposes the fallibility of the writings of men like the Apostle Paul or Peter that through jealousy and cultural programming told women to be quiet. These records reveal the presence of women and men apostles with Mary Magdalene (means "tower of the flock") being the leader of the apostles. The male apostles kept "falling asleep" on Jesus and denied Him by hiding in fear at His Crucifixion. See the writings of Karen King, Elaine Pagels, or The Da Vinci Code Movie for further research on the historical suppression of women by religious men influenced by Lucifer and not by God... The Essenes who followed the spiritual teachings of Christ (before the Bishop of Alexandria ordered records to be destroyed in the 4th century) had a woman and a man act together as the "Bishop." This is how it will be again during the Millennium. This knowledge stems from a Near Death Experience. This is what is meant in Revelations (Bible was politically compiled with serious omissions and mistranslations) when it speaks of "24 Elders" (it will be 12 women and 12 men to act as witnesses of Christ in equality).
The world is changing and so men need to change also. In some cases, women have been culturally trained to be subservient to men. This needs to change as well. Women should vie for power positions in the work place to assist the world's awakening and women's equality status.
Judaism and Islam separate men from women in ritual worship but not in the workplace.
woman are paid less than men
All men do not hate all strong women in the workplace. Some men are glad to be working with other strong people, no matter what their gender.A:Because some strong women in the workplace might believe they have to be aggressive to get to that position. They may treat the men in the work place like either idiots, because they have their position, or like the enemy, thinking that all the men hate them and treating the men as such. A:I believe that if the woman is not aggressive, like Answer A said, and she's actually nice, maybe the men in the workplace are actually intimidated by her for being in a higher rank then they are. Not just men will be intimidated also the women below her working position.
Women still average less pay than men.
If men chat up women in the workplace, it's harassment. If women chat up men, it's just downright lucky!
Women were disadvantage in the workplace because they weren't receiving promotions as quickly as men. Another way they were placed at a disadvantage is because they were not receiving the same rate of pay in the same position.
because, usually that "man" has some kind of authority and the power to keep these women working or not...It all can be linked to how desperate the women are to keep a job. Most women would be more willing to leave her job, than to cause friction in the workplace due to her confronting the men she works for.
Women have faced discrimination in the workplace through lower pay compared to men for the same work, limited opportunities for career advancement, gender-based stereotypes, and sexual harassment. Additionally, women have historically been underrepresented in leadership positions and industries traditionally dominated by men.
cause they have more to deal with usually if married they man goes to work and the women is left home whaching the little kids
This topic has been widely debated, but one hindrance that has been identified as a setback for women in the workplace is their hesitance to negotiate higher salaries. Studies have shown that men are more likely than women to counter a salary offer. This is important because this could impact further salary negotiations as women grow in their careers.
No, they do not. The wage gap persists with women making 70 to 80% of what men make for the same work.
It's called "male bashing". Many advertisers perceive that women resent men and they tap into that feeling in their advertisments in hopes that they'll get more women to buy their products. Some manufacturers are finding that there are men who won't buy from a company that participates in male bashing. Among some manufacturers, the practice is diminishing.
