This is perfectly okay if...the child is a boy under the age of 10, which frankley he should be taken showers by himself by then...but it is still ok. In a case of a girl the the father should not take showers with them, but can help with them, fully dressed. This is apropriette if the female child is younger then 5 or 6. If the father is taking showers with them when they are 10 years or older, then it is a very bad sign...let us hope he is gay, orelse he is sexual harassing your daughter. And if the girl is going threw puberty, then I know for a fact that he is raping her in the shower or he is totally salivating over her new found body.
