All kidding aside, a guy who is fit is usually confident about himself, and takes care of himself. It's really about personality; more than muscles.

In my opinion, I like my man to be strong but not crazy muscles or something, just regular, but I like to have someone who I know will protect and stand up for me. I like someone who i know will be brave for me.

Yes Girls Like bold men, in something called as eye contact study it states that when a girl looks into the guys eyes she always tries to compare him and his qualities to that of her father, and always wants her guy to be someone like her father matured, bold, educated etc. boldness is just an attitude in simple words il term it as "approach".
