In most cases I would say the woman wants security more than the man. Some men are very receptive to marriage and even having children, while other men have got to be roped and thrown down for the count. It entirely depends on the man's feelings within himself. Some men prefer to wander from woman to woman, some don't want to make a commitment to marriage and would rather live with a woman, but all in all I feel the majority of men do want to settle down, but it's just a matter of meeting the right woman.
