You can't put a time limit on how long a couple is dating before something sexual will happen. It depends on the people in the situation, and a girl should NEVER feel obligated to do something with someone until she is physically and emotionally ready. In many states sexual contact with an adolescent below the age of 16 is statutory rape, so if you have to wait a couple years. It's not going to hurt anything.
