Through the campaign they aim to explain the naturalization process in the other native languages also and also to explain that they have the option to download material on-line in their native languages in order to get them ready for the US citizenship test.

There is no standard amount of the English language that is required. Though at the citizenship ceremony the pledge of allegiance is said and there is an oath it would be important to know those words in English.
