Yes people who wear diapers have a hard time dating. I can speak from experience because I wear diapers. I am incontinent from injury so it is a genuine need however I have gotten past the "whoa is me" stage and am not clinical about my condition. I have gone out with a few women since my induction back to diaper dependancy and am forthcomming with every woman that may have an interest in me. Once they know I wear & use a diaper they politely separate themselves from further dates. I consider those women just another member of the "Hive" because they have no adventurious spirit and usually dine in materealistic things. There are a couple of women that are very close friends though. They are not blinded by exterior appearances but do find it difficult to consider an intimate relationship.
