Anyone can say they like you, even love you--it doesn't mean they're being honest or that they feel the way you feel. Their actions, not their words, are the true indicator of how they regard you. Do you actually go on dates, go out in public, or is this pretty much a sexual relationship? Currrently, he's in control of the situation--especially if only you get together and have sex when he actually answers his phone. He's not a giving person, he sounds selfish. It's up to you to decide if you can deal with this situation or if you want to be with someone else who actually will enjoy spending time with you. If you do break up with him and get into another relationship, you may want to consider waiting longer for sex. If you aren't sure about his feelings, maybe waiting a bit longer would be a good thing. Instead of worrying about whether he likes you or not, ask yourself if you like him - and be honest with your answer! You may surprise yourself...and him!
