Oh yes they do! I worked there for four years. They scream at and pick on us all the time. One Manager even grabbed a girl by the neck of her shirt and got away with it even though the girl reported it to corporate. They also are forcing servers to claim 15% of their sales in tips, even if they don't make 15%. Those who refuse are threated to be written-up for poor service for not making 15% (to add insult to injury), fired or get hours taken off their schedule. One girl came to work a couple of weeks ago and was told by a manager that she was wearing the wrong shirt and would not be allowed to work. The next day, she came back to work and was told that she couldn't let her work without talking to the General Manager first because she abandoned her job.
