I think so. I know I wouldn't do that to my ex-boyfriend unless I wanted his attention and wanted him to come back to me. Unless you want her to continue and want to take her back, just tell her straight up that you dont want to get together and you just want to be friends if that is possible. Tell her straight up how you feel - if she is making you uncomfortable - tell her!
