Well you will have to include affectionate anecdotes about things you will miss about them and good times that were shared. Include what you learned from each person and the contribution they made to your life. You can use humour, but keep it light and don't ridicule anyone. Be really nice. You want to make this good last impression so that they will remember you well and be happy to meet up with you again in the future.

You can end the speech with something like " so I'll see you in a river somewhere fishing for trout in 5 years time", which is like saying goodbye but that the world is small and there are no real goodbyes.
