Well i am only 11 but i know some great advice. Introduce yourself say what you have done for the school and how happy you are for it. Then mention stuff you miss. Close youre speech and you can graduate.
Look. the person above me hasn't even graduated themselves. When i graduated from 5th grade and went to middle school (6th, 7th, and 8th), we all gave a speech. Start off happy and say how much you loved your school and your greatest memory. Then Smile big and say you will never forget that place and how the teachers helped you so much (even if they didn't). Try to think of something SUPER sad and try to tear up a little bit. Only one or two tears or just watery eyes. Then you give a dazzling smile and finish! Good luck!

Because kids like me (I'm in fifth grade) love it when u can really understand us & not be the uptight teacher's pet or anything so if u mean it like this then u should just have some fun with it & a splash of seriousness OR... do you mean it like ur a student running for class president?
