So your aunt's mother-in-law is the mother of the man your parent's sister married. There is no special word for them and they have no blood relation to you (unless your aunt's husband is your others parent's brother, in which case your aunt's mother-in-law is your grandmother on the other side of your family).

Technically, you're not really related. This is just through marriage; not blood. If your uncle and his wife get divorced then you are not connected to his mother-in-law in any way, shape, or form.
