How can I force myself to cry?

You don't need to force anything . Crying can come to some easely , and for others it take them some efforts or some strong emotions to get that reaction .

And if you don't cry it's quiet all right too . An anniversary of somebody who passed away must be remembered . That is enough if you recall their existance , nobody ask you of opening a fountain . And if you force yourself then all you are harming is yourself . The dead do not care for our tears , but do care if we recall who they were and what they represent for us .
