You are so young and I know you're probably tired of people telling you that and you want to grow up already, but honestly if I were you I would just focus on finding a really nice group of friends that you feel good around. When you're older this will also help for dating, it will make you more confident and people will see that you are well liked

Well, most 11 year old girls have a girly personality, so, in that case, be a gentleman and be sweet. Maybe give her a flower or write a poem. If you are too "manly" for that (which is more likely), then do something similar but something that requires you to have been strong or brave to do... examples:

• Carve her a heart out of wood in... wood shop class?
• hold the door open for her
• put your coat over a puddle for her to walk across
• etc.

Either way, be chivalry and be a gentleman. If anything, DO NOT BE A SHOW OFF. That is one thing that will send you crashing and burning. She will think your arrogant and only care about yourself. Even if the guys at school laugh at you, brush it off. She will think it's sweet that you don' t care what your friends think. Oh and if your wondering how I know all this, it's because I was 11 a few years ago (that's right a teenage girl bothered enough to write this) and I know what that girl is thinking, so take my advice.
