Well, my brother can be really mean. I think one thing that you can do to prove whatever your brother does is maybe by a video camera, or something with a camera in it, and then take it to your mom!!! My mom listens but when i try to tell her she doesn't listen because she believs what my briter says. Even my brother can be the best brother in the world, but he always doesn't want me hanging out with him or he just pushes me around and things for no reason!!!! He tells me jokes that really hurt me inside and my mom soesn't even listen to me!!I first came up with the jokes but they wouldn't hurt but now they hurt me. I seem to have you're problem aswell. My brother plays his Xbox 360 EVERY day, He doesn't bother offering me a turn, I have to ask if i can play. Our mom tries to get him to go places with us (My dad,brother,sister,mom), He always says no, He's addicted to his Xbox 360. He's spoiled to the extreme. He barely allows me to be in his room, He curses, threatens to kick my *you know what* if i don't get out of his room. He doesn't even come out to eat dinner with the family. He's just selfish as he can be. Our sister even begs too spend some time with him. He barely allows that. He got Black Ops for Christmas (today), He won't even let me have a turn on campaign nor multiplayer. I got a Xbox 360 with Black Ops. So, I really don't care if he doesn't allow me to have a turn, I just think that very selfish. I also have a Playstation3 with Modern Warfare 2, I let him play it. I let him play Campaign. I'm sick and tired of this nonsense, I can't stand it, I just don't know what i can do. He is 16. In high school, Jr. I think. Today he just took it to the extreme. Made me severely mad. If you have any advice, I'd be more then happy to accept it. Thanks. :)

The best thing to do is to come right out with it and tell him to stop. if you just dump all your feelings on him, he will get confused and just leave you alone. if thatdoesn't work, just ignore and avoid him; if he never sees you, he can't be mean. and if you ignore him, he'll get board and give up. Just stay strong. most boys grow out of it.

There are plenty of ways to be "mean" to your younger brother. For instance, if you are stronger/bigger, you could push him out of the way when you're getting something, get to somewhere faster than him, etc. But don't get any ideas; you should still respect your brother (even if he's younger than you).
