Answer The very first thing we have to realize is that when we open our mouths to talk, not the most loving of things come out of it, sometimes we are down-right rude to each other, and that includes family. One of the better ways of communication is through writing to each other, through your hearts, and not out of your mouths. Have the person or persons you are writing to, reply to you the same way, using their heart, instead of their mouths. If this is taken seriously you might well be surprised at how good things can be, if you and the people you are talking to don't use your mouths to communicate, instead you use your hearts. Good luck

Most parents 'secretly fight' (called arguing) because they have problems and they may disagree on many things, but it is normal to a point. Caring parents save their arguing until the children are not around so they do not upset them and they probably are not aware that you can hear them. This does not mean your parents are going to get a divorce so try not to worry and do not think you are always the cause for their arguing. No matter what the age the child is they have a right to sit down with their parents and ask why they are arguing and that it upsets them. Many people argue and it is a way to get their frustration out but in most cases the persons will cool off or mend their problems and the arguing will stop.
