Well I would suggest taking her out for a nice dinner and a few drinks. Drop hints, because chances are she'll pick up on them, and if she reacts positively to those hints, then why be secretive? And don't forget to tell her that you enjoyed spending time with her.

send her flowers through someone else. then send her gentle and sweet words(it would be better through letters than messages or e-mails) if she is a school girl and you attend the same school then secretly keep gifts on her table with i love you messages. but one day or another you will have to tell her who you are or it may happens that someone else who like her say its he who has been sending all these.

k mat the last answer was fairly bad...basically mate, you need to be absouloutely sure that you love her before you do anythin...and if you do. A) dont immeadiately tel her that you are in love with her. that could be precieved as weird, especially if your jst a teen (that sounded patronising, buy i am too)...tell her that you think that you might be in love with her...but that you dont want her to think that thats weird...
