How can you tell the difference between being attracted to a person versus being passionate about them?

ReminderJust remember it always takes a lot of time. AttractionIt depends on who you are. Asking yourself several simple thought quesitons might help. Does the persons personality appeal to you? Do you have anything in common? Does thie person share the same religious beliefs as you? Does how the person treat others appeal to you? Does the way the person treats you as a person appeal to you personally? If you ask yourself those questions and possibly some more not mentioned here, then most likely you are only physically attracted and if you decide to date someone based on that the attraction may fade if you do not get to know them on the inside.

Its actually pretty simple. If by passionate you mean love.. are you willing to see them at their worst? When you haven't been getting attention from them and are talking to other people of the opposite sex have you forgotten about that person or are you still wanting to be with them? Do you Want to spend your time with them only doing physical things or getting to know them? Sometimes it can be a mix which is a good thing. Infatuation can fade though and that's when you realize if it is more than just an attraction.

I see it as a fine line that separates the two. Being attracted to someone is like saying that you like them for their looks. Being passtionate about them is a lot different from that. It's like a gift that someone gives to you, it is a special gift that they hand made for you, ask yourself, "Am I ever going to throw this out?" If the answer is no, then that is what feeling passionate about someone is all about. Passion is deep within the heart, you have really strong feelings for this particular person (and I mean really strong), it's like, you want to spend the rest of your life with this person, and you don't want them for material reasons.
