How do I tell someone they're annoying?

If people again and again tell you that you are annoying or tell you to go away then you are annoying!

if you are annoying your friends (if you have any) will tell you and probably leave you right after, because you are annoying.

if you are unfortunate enough to have no friends, that may be a reason too

He won't laugh even if what you say or do is really funny, he'll turn away from you, avoid talking to you or even interrupt what you're saying for example to tell someone else something funny.

Just find other friends who appreciate you and like to be with you. Let go of trying to impress the person who finds you annoying. The fact that you keep trying to be friends, is probably what that person finds annoying anyway because you may come across as trying too hard.

examples: they don't listen to what you have to say, and if you try to ask them a question they'll barely give you a answer and just turn right back around to their other friends. if you were to ask to hang out with them, they make up plans, and don't offer to reschedule. most of all they don't ever have fun or smile around you.

If it is someone that you are very close to and you know it wont hurt there feelings then you can just tell them. My best friend told me that i was annoying two days ago but its okay because she is my best friend and now she says that ever since she told me i haven't been annoying so i think it works great. If you aren't very close to them i don't think i can help, sorry.
