I know how that feels. It feels horrible. You should try to be friends with him. JUST FRIENDS. Then, after a while, when you and him are really close, you should be like, say his name is bob. You should be like "Bob, I know we don't really talk about it, but since we are close and all I feel like I can tell you anything" or something along those lines. Then you should be like "Bob, in our relationship, do you think anything went wrong? I mean like, do you still care or what?" Then if he gets really quiet he's thinking. And if he says he cares, take the conversation from there, and tell him how you feel. If he says he don't just as friends. Say something along the lines of "i was just wondering. since your so sure and everything sorry i asked" But that's all there is to it. Its alot easier than it seems, but, you just have to be ready.

Why would it matter if he is your "ex". If he is your ex you should get over him/or/her. You have already dated him/or/her and that doesn't matter anymore. What matters is anything but your ex. Your ex is your past and you shouldn't care whether or he/or/she is dating or seeing anyone. If you want to get back together then don't go down the path where you try to make each other jealous. Talk to your ex and let them how you feel. Or just give them a note about how you feel.

Why don't you just ask him, so that way you can really see and sense if he is lying to you. But if he denies it and you still feel something is going on behind your back, then surprise him where he works. That's the only way you will find if he is being unfaithful to you.
