Choose a theme for the role play

Discover a location that is acceptable to initiate the role play, or do it online (like in a chat room even).

Build discussion, on the first speak trace about the role playing topic

Invite people and start from contacts and request others to inform friends about your role play

Choose character(s) for yourself and have everyone else do the same.

If you can't come up with a scenario for your role play, ask the other players to each come up with one - choose the one that sounds more interesting or, if you want it to go on for a while, the one which doesn't have an ending so that you can keep adding to it
