Currently, not every Borders Bookstore is closing. The reason the company is closing some of their stores is because Borders is not earning enough revenue. This is a complex question because there are other factors involved in this besides Terrorism. Sometimes a country that doesn't want to import from another country can close off it's borders. To me there are no pros of a country closing off their borders because it traps the very people their government is telling them is done for their own safety. As far as Terrorism it is a must for especially the U.S., to have high security, but not to shut the borders off. Canada has finally hopped on board (at long last) as is doing their job to protect the U.S., from everything from Terrorism, crime and drugs being brought in. If all borders were closed this can cause the economy to drop radically.
